Return/Exchange and Refund Policy

 

Terms and conditions of our return and refund policy are described below.

 

Damaged/Faulty Products

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after your confirmed delivery date. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and you will receive a full refund.

 

Wrong Address

If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

Miscellaneous Reasons

If you would like to return your item for another reason other than the above (eg. different size etc.), you follow the instructions provided on the return policy page where you will be guided accordingly:)
